ProFeds’ Federal Retirement Impact Workshop is a versatile training program which satisfies federal agencies’ requirement to provide pre-retirement training to their employees as they near retirement.
The Office of Personnel Management mandates that pre-retirement training be made available to employees when they are within the 5 year window of being eligible to retire. While some agencies provide this training with in-house resources, others choose to utilize federal contractors like ProFeds to provide high-quality and dependable training.
Federal agencies may utilize their discretion to allow employees to attend our workshops without charging leave. Employees or supervisors can utilize the SF-182 Training Authorization Form which includes ProFeds’ federal contractor information and training codes. The ProFeds trainer will provide a signature at the conclusion of the training.
Long Term Care Partners (the Administrator of the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program) has certified Chris Kowalik and her team as trainers for their educational awareness campaign through the Office of Personnel Management. Through this partnership, ProFeds delivers OPM-approved financial literacy and awareness-based content in all training sessions given.
