ProFeds partners with federal agencies to provide benefits and retirement training in accordance with OPM’s financial literacy objectives. Federal agencies throughout the country are eager to align with ProFeds to bring high-quality training to their employees at the early, middle or nearing the end of their careers.
Budget and funding constraints have left many agencies without adequate Human Resources staffing to provide ongoing benefits training to support their rapidly retiring workforce. Those agencies who need help – or simply wish to outsource this training – turn to ProFeds for a top-notch solution.
Federal agencies are required to provide pre-retirement training to employees when they fall within 5 years of being eligible to retire from federal service. Because the ProFeds workshops cover the required training elements, federal agencies can utilize their discretion to allow employees to attend our workshops without charging leave. Employees or supervisors can utilize the SF-182 Training Authorization Form which includes ProFeds’ federal contractor information and training codes.
Long Term Care Partners (the Administrator of the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program) has certified Chris Kowalik as a seminar trainer for their educational awareness campaign through the Office of Personnel Management. Through this partnership, ProFeds delivers OPM-approved financial literacy and awareness-based content in all training sessions given.
As a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), ProFeds carries an impeccable reputation with federal agencies and employees alike. ProFeds’ federal contractor status can be verified using CAGE Code 5YRG2 on the System for Award Management website.
