“The workshop you delivered yesterday was phenomenal.  I enjoyed the presentation as well as the class participation and interaction.”

“Excellent class. I’d like to see more of this being shared at the facility. After today’s class, I will create a realistic budget for how much I will need in order to retire without financial strain.”

OPM's Financial Literacy Initiative

The Office of Personnel Management mandates that pre-retirement training be made available to employees when they are within the 5 year window of being eligible to retire.

While some agencies provide this training with in-house resources, others choose to utilize federal contractors like ProFeds to provide high-quality and dependable training.

ProFeds partners with federal agencies to provide benefits and retirement training in accordance with OPM’s financial literacy initiatives.  Federal agencies throughout the country are eager to align with ProFeds to bring high-quality training to their employees at the early, middle or nearing the end of their careers.

Federal agencies may utilize their discretion to allow employees to attend our workshops without charging leave. Employees or supervisors can utilize the SF-182 Training Authorization Form which includes ProFeds’ federal contractor information and training codes. The ProFeds trainer will provide a signature at the conclusion of the training.

Federal Contractor Status

ProFeds is proud to be a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) which carries an impeccable reputation with federal agencies and employees alike.
